Jane Chappell is the Chief Executive Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

Jane Chappell is CEO, Altamira Technologies.  Prior to joining Altamira, Jane spent 37 years at Raytheon. She was Vice President of Raytheon GeoSpatial Intelligence Solutions (GIS) from 2015-2019 with responsibility for developing customer-focused strategies, partnering with customers and industry teammates to shape markets, delivering on commitments and driving growth in the Intelligence, Commercial and International Space Ground business.  Prior to GIS, she led Business Development and Strategy for Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) from 2009-2015. Chappell also served on the Board of Directors for Raytheon Australia Pty Ltd from 2015-2019 and Raytheon Systems Limited from 2008 to 2011. She has progressed through various engineering and management positions supporting a number of strategic customers. She won the Raytheon CEO Leadership Award in 2008 and the Tim Moe award in 1999 for outstanding achievement in business development. She is a graduate of Raytheon’s Executive Leadership Summit.  Chappell received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Western Kentucky University.

Adam Omar, CFO

Chief Financial Officer

Adam Omar is Chief Financial Officer for Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

At Altamira, Adam is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, contracts and compliance.

Adam has over 25 years of experience in financial management and business operations for global, technology and services companies in the government and commercial markets.  Prior to Altamira, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for CyberCore Technologies, a cyber security and engineering firm providing services and technology to the U.S. Government.  Prior to CyberCore Technologies, Adam held the Chief Financial Officer position for PlanetRisk, Inc., a provider of geospatial software technology and professional services to the U.S. Government and Orchestro, Inc., a SaaS predictive analytics software sales and development company. Both companies were acquired by prominent private equity, publicly traded or privately held firms.

Adam has previously served in finance leadership roles at SAIC, LexisNexis and Software AG.  He has been responsible for development and implementation of business strategy, financial management and mergers and acquisitions for the assigned segments of the companies.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Blaine Worthington, COO

Chief Operating Officer

Blaine Worthington is the Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

As Chief Operating Officer, Blaine Worthington oversees Altamira’s intelligence business operations, drives the company’s overall business results, and ensures effective operational procedures.

Blaine Worthington is a dedicated professional with a proven history of success in managing multi-million dollar acquisition programs building and leading top-performing teams. Since joining Altamira in 2013, Blaine has expanded our Dayton, Ohio office from 10 employees to 225 employees.

Prior to Altamira, Blaine spent 21 years in the Air Force as an Acquisitions Officers where he served at the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Space Command, the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). While in the Air Force Blaine oversaw the acquisition, development, and implementation of cutting-edge intelligence systems and led a more than 250-member acquisition and engineering team. Upon retirement, he spent four years at Booz Allen as a Senior Associate managing intelligence contracts for NASIC.

Blaine holds a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from AFIT along with a master’s degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from South Dakota State University (SDSU).

Jay Hebert, Senior Executive

Jay Hebert is a Senior Executive of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

As a Senior Executive at Altamira Technologies, Jay Hebert oversees the integration of the Virginia Systems and Technology Portfolio into Altamira operations. Prior to joining Altamira, Jay spent more than 23 years as President/CEO of Virginia Systems and Technology, Inc. (VaST), the company he co-founded in 1999. At VaST he created an industry leading company in the areas of high-end SIGINT and COMINT Mission Operations growing to more than 200 employees. Before merging with Altamira, VaST was known for its ability to create and integrate new missions into the National and Tactical enterprises as well as transforming National capabilities into relevant Tactical solutions. Prior to starting VaST, he was a civilian employee of the National Security Agency from 1986-1999. He worked as a Cryptologic Engineer completing tours in Maryland, the United Kingdom, and at the National Reconnaissance Office. Hebert received a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University.

Richard Campos, Sr. VP Business Development

Richard Campos is the Senior Vice President of Business Development of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

Richard Campos is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Altamira Technologies. Prior to joining Altamira, Richard spent 19 years at Raytheon. He was the Program Director for a National Cyber Program under Raytheon Intelligence and Space from 2019 – 2021. In 2019, he was part of the Program Management Excellence conducting analysis of systemic and individual program performance as well as recommend strategies to grow existing programs. Responsible for defining and deploying program leadership processes, tools, training, metrics and initiatives that lead to the establishment of an effective community of practice and IIS program execution excellence. He also served as Director and Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure and Platform Services under Solutions (GIS) from 2011-2018 where he managed and directed the strategy, execution and resources for the Infrastructure Development Programs, Procurement Programs and Common Application Services portfolio to include Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, ITSM programs, Operations and Maintenance, Development of High Performance Compute and Storage Programs, Cloud Deployments, COTS Deployments, Data Distribution Services, SIGINT Archive, and Common Software Services Platforms (DevOps, API Gateways, etc.). In 2016 and 2017, he was the Business Development Lead and Capture Manager and provided the overall capture strategy for GeoINT Processing Pursuits.

Zachary Jones, CTO

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Zachary Jones is the Chief Technology Officer for Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, mission analysis, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

Prior to joining Altamira Zachary has been in the defense intelligence community for over 21 years supporting the mission through various engineering roles.  He last spent 14 years at Virginia Systems and Technology, Inc. (VaST) where he was the first software engineer hired in 2009. Since that time, he has spent the last twelve years innovating and growing the engineering endeavors to 70 engineers while leading the team as the Director of Mission Engineering and his time serving on the VaST Board of Directors. His concentration has been on providing the government mission based solutions that are easily accessible and usable in the many varied Government hosting environments.  Mr. Zachary Jones received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Statistics, from Bucknell University in 2002.

Caroline McConnell, CHCO

Chief Human Capital Officer

Caroline McConnell is the Chief Human Capital Officer of Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics, data sciences, and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

As the Chief Human Capital Officer at Altamira Technologies Corporation, Caroline is responsible for helping Altamira’s most valuable assets, its employees, to achieve professional success and growth.  Caroline is responsible for developing and guiding Altamira’s talent management philosophy, and maximizing the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent.  Altamira offers the utmost employee value proposition:  providing incredible benefits offerings, recognizing great performance with rewards and promotional opportunities, providing training and development, hiring the best talent, and engaging with employees to make Altamira both a rewarding and fun place to work.

Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in human resources management, serving as a human resources executive at various DC-area based government contractors such as LabCorp, Metamor-PSINet, and over 12 years as Vice President, Human Resources for SAIC. Just prior to joining Altamira in 2020, Ms. McConnell served for five years as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP).

Ms. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University and has several professional certifications, including Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), as well as BIL Facilitator and Trainer certification with Development Dimensions International (DDI).
