Economic Intelligence Targeter

The Role: The Economic Intelligence Targeter will bring Subject Matter Expertise in both targeting and global financial/economic analysis to include the assessment of high net-worth individuals, business entity and business ownership information, cryptocurrency trading including deep and dark web transactions, etc. A successful candidate will contribute to a team of analysts and engineers developing an analytic tool for economic targeting purposes. Contributions will include the development of client-specific targeting packages, analytics or analytic methods for conducting economic/financial research in a graph-based analytic environment, and the identification of data sets and types that will be relevant for future financial/economic analyses.  

Your skills:

• Demonstrable expertise in creating client-specific targeting packages for individuals, business entities/corporations, or other.
• Hands-on experience with graph-based technologies and platforms is preferred (e.g., Neo4j, GraphAware/Hume, Gephi, Graphistry, Vorteks, ORA, etc.
• Experience working on hybrid engineering and analytic teams
• Knowledge of Slavic languages is preferred

Your qualifications:

• TS/SCI/FS Poly Clearance required
• 5-7+ years of experience working as a targeter or financial analyst.
• 3-5+ years supporting the Intelligence Community
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) or higher in a field related to job description
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work on an interdisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and operational personnel
