Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mission Manager Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA.  The Mission Manager Senior Mentor possesses certified skill-sets in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award. 

Position Description: The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts. 

Required Qualifications: The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities: 

  • Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions
  • Current or previous experience and instructor certification in one or more relevant geolocation technologies
  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Direct experience as an on-shift Mission Manager with the applicable domain
  • Strong knowledge of the RF spectrum and relevant telecommunications technologies
  • Knowledge and experience in Active and/or passive geolocation and direction-finding methodologies
  • Ability and willingness to obtain instructor certification and geolocation specialized certifications as required
