Position: Technical Integration Engineer
Position Location:  Fort Belvoir, Virginia
Position Description: We are seeking a Technical Integration Engineer to support a factory/lab environment. Our ideal candidate would have expertise and experience across all facets of lab infrastructure support, lab systems engineering, technical support and collaboration, and systems management to facilitate effective lab performance in conducting critical R&D. Altamira Technologies Corporation encourages independent problem solving but also provides deep reach-back support and a collaborative environment for our engineering team. 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Perform code stabilization and productization of lab-proven GEOINT and SIGINT capabilities, in support of migration of these capabilities to limited, then baseline Ops
  • Provide system and network account management, security approvals, data and communication interfaces, and systems installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support to maintenance activities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferred
  • Experience leveraging X-Midas and analog to perform unique infrastructure support for one-of-a-kind lab development systems, to include equipment configuration, network engineering, and specialized processing system technical support
  • Strong knowledge and experience providing hardware installation, configuration, testing and O&M for a myriad of previously-deployed and current hardware
Abilities and Competencies
  • Must hold TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance)
  • Self-motivated and eager to work intently to satisfy mission requirements
  • Adaptable and has the desire to maintain our company culture
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written communications
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed
