Dayton, OH, December 4, 2015 —Altamira Technologies, in collaboration with Radiance Technologies and IAI, held the Defense and Intelligence Innovation Showcase yesterday at the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) in support of the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP) II of which all three companies are prime contractors. The day-long event focused on innovation to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and included an Innovation Showcase, where contractor technology demonstrations provided insights to future innovative solutions.
“The Innovation Showcase provided an excellent opportunity for NASIC strategic, functional, and technical leadership to become better acquainted with the innovative capabilities of ATEP II primes and key subcontractors,” explained Jonathan Moneymaker, Chief Strategy Officer for Altamira. “This event is an ideal forum for continuing the dialog between government and contractors regarding how to bring innovative solutions to NASIC’s missions.
Keynote speakers included Major General James Poss (Ret), former Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, U.S. Air Force; and Lt. General Ronald Burgess (Ret.) Former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and Commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR). “We were privileged to hear from Generals Poss and Burgess, both of whom provided relevant and insightful commentary on the intelligence needs facing NASIC today” said Blaine Worthington, ATEP II Program Executive for Altamira.
